We announce the death of Sharon Griner (Wickenburg, Arizona), who passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 79. Sharon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Sharon will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Sharon’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She is survived by: her husband John Hayes Griner; her daughters, Pamela Griner Bours (George) and Elizabeth Griner; her grandchildren, Nicholas Hayes Ocker, Hugo Q Jonathan Bours, Lucia Genia Bours and Beatrix Lee Bours; and her brother Wayne Spurrier.
