He was predeceased by: his close friend Nel Skinner (Hoopes); his wife Carolyn Skinner (Radmall); and his parents, Frank Skinner and Ada Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Skinner (Moser) of Willcox; his children, Hal Skinner of Thatcher, Rick Skinner of Thatcher, Dennis Skinner of Snowflake, Brad Skinner of Mesa and Marsha Skinner of Standwood, Washington.; and his brother Melvin Skinner of Safford. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
