He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Abbate and Olga Lang; his wife Marie Abbate (Werner); his daughters, Lisa Smith (Mark) of Tucson, Michelle Ray (Kevin) of Chicago and Nicole Farrell of Payson; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Abbate of Willcox, Jessica Jotzat, Marc Jotzat and Brandi Smith.
