He is survived by: his mother Trinidad Trujillo Ortiz; his wife Isabel; his children, Juan Manuel Villegas (Luciana Edith Rubio), Magdalena Torres (Rene), Rafael Villegas (Brenda Rivera) and Jose Oliver Villegas; his stepmother Maria Elena Villegas; and his siblings, Evaristo Villegas, Jose Manuel Villegas, Lourdes Villegas, Irene Luna, Eleno Villegas II, Delia Villegas and Eleno Villegas, Jr.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
