He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Leland Mills and Lucie Imogene Mills (Smith); and his brother Ronnie Mills. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Jason Mills (Candice) of Morgan, Utah, Brian Mills (Amber) of Willcox and Marci Landwerlen (Jordan) of Vail; his grandchildren, Madison, Emma, Anthony, Alex, Lyla, Rylie, Vela, Ashton, James and Nash; his great grandchild Iyla; and his brother Kenneth.
