He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso M. Torres and Ramona M. Ayala; his former wife Marquetta; his son Ray Torres Jr.; and his brothers, Eddie Torres and Stephen Sanchez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Torres, Monica Elder, Nacio Torres (Erlinda) and Joe Torres (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
