He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Elizabeth Maule; his uncles, Cliff and Charles; his aunt Pauline; his daughter Rebecca Ochoa; and his son-in-law Thomas C. Pratt.

He is survived by: his father James Kelly; his wife Angela; his daughter Jennifer Ochoa (Shane Brewer); and his grandchildren, Brianna Gutierrez, Josue Gutierrez, Jasmine Pratt, Thomas Pratt Jr., Brandon Pratt, Tyler Pratt and Daniel McClellan.
