He was predeceased by : his daughter Dianna Fritsinger. He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Noe; his children, Kenneth Paul Noe Jr. (Robin Noe) and Debra Smith (Robert Smith); his son-in-law Keith Fritsinger; and his sister Vickie Hughes (Bill Hughes). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
