He was predeceased by: his parents, Modesto Romero and Tomasita Romero; his son Esteban Romero; his brother Raymond Romero; and his niece Lianna Romero.
He is survived by: his sons, Marquez Romero (Kristian) and Francisco Romero; and his siblings, David Romero (Helen) and Roseann-Patricia Gonzales (Ernest). He is also survived by 6 grandsons, 3 granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
