It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa D. Avalos (Winslow, Arizona), who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa D. Avalos to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Manuel Hernandez and Jennie Hernandez; and her brother Andy Hernandez. She is survived by : her daughters, Jennifer Morgan (Jeff), Marie Freeman (Andrew) and Ricci Gamboa (Paige Sandry); her brothers, Manuel Hernandez (Doris) and Rick Hernandez; and her grandchildren, Brendan, Ryland, Sarah, Derek, Jaxson, Heaven and Harmonie. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She has requested memorial donations to be made to The Madonna House, Winslow.
