William Joseph Heath Sr. Obituary
William Joseph Heath Sr., 56, passed away in Wittmann, Arizona on June 7, 2026. Bill was born on November 18, 1969, in New London, New Hampshire. He lived a full and adventurous life. He moved across many parts of the United States during his youth alongside his brother, Robert Heath, and sister, Adriana Holgate, under the loving care of his parents, Dona Heath and Robert Heath Sr.
In the summer of 1996, Bill met the love of his life, Ann Marie Heath. Their connection was instant. By July 4th of 1997, they were husband and wife. Together, Bill and Ann shared a marriage of 29 years, building a life together and creating a family.
A master mechanic by trade, Bill was known as a hardworking man who could look at any broken machine and figure out exactly how to fix it. But his true love and talent was the power of music. He loved to teach and play guitar and sing with his children. His favorite song was "Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down. When he wasn't turning a wrench or playing music, Bill could be found outdoors hunting, fishing, or gold mining.
He was a storyteller at heart. Many evenings were spent watching the sunset or stars twinkle at night while he told tales of sailors and reflections of his own youth. He leaves his children with the enduring comfort of his favorite reminder: "Pink skies at night are a sailor's delight.".
Bill's greatest legacy is his family. He was a proud father to John Laflesh Jr., Amanda Marie Pierce, Kayla May Heath, Hannah Marie Heath, Sadie Rose Heath, and his youngest son, William Joseph Heath Jr. His love and spirit live on through them, as well as his grandsons and granddaughters.
He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. May his spirit find endless open roads, golden sunsets, and the perfect melody.
