He is survived by: his wife Tara; his children, Leisha (Jordan), Samantha (Travis) and James; his grandchildren, Harvey, Alzada, Jackson and Colton; his stepdaughter Ashley (Kyle); his stepgrandchildren, Braylee, Kynslee, Bentlee and Everlee; and his siblings, George (Lulu), John (Annette) and Sherri. He is also survived by stepfather and step grandpa to his 4 bonus grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Chimes (7924 N 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary (7924 N 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
