She was predeceased by: her parents, George Alfred Fowler and Margaret "Pat" Fowler (Patterson); her husband Evan Smith; her brother Richard Fowler; her son Richard Evan Smith; and her grandson Tyson John Harper (TJ).
She is survived by: her children, Toni Scarboro (Mike), Terry Smith (Elisa) and Kevin Smith (Nicole); and her siblings, Georgann (Fowler), Frank Kocsis and George "Ellis" Fowler (Terri). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
