With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Belen P. Hernandez of Yuma, Arizona, who passed away on October 18, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Peralta and Fernando Peralta; her husband Augustin H. Hernandez; and her sister Lupe Baker. She is survived by: her children, Ana Marie Rivera (Rey), Rebecca Hernandez, Michael (Sandy), Daniel, David and Mikey Hernandez. She is also survived by many numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her name.
