It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billie Sue Olea of Yuma, Arizona, born in Quitman, Georgia, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her sister Diane Le Grand of Santa Maria; her daughters, Denise Gloria of Rushville, Brenda Gloria of Phoenix, Sandy Noujaim (Nabil) of El Centro and Michél Eilers (Thomas) of Yuma; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Ryan, Kimberly, Michael, Brent, Rachél, Raymond, Thomas, Lauren and Raeann. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Yuma Senior Living Memory Care Unit and Activity Fund.

“My mother (Gaynell Gillis) and Billie were good friends back in their bowling days and I'm really at a loss of words to hear this sad news! My mother, Gail Shepherd and myself (Gretchen Kidd) went to tour the Senior Living Facility and by chance ran into Billie there and we all were so happy that we got to see her. Billie was my hero she saved my daughter life while on a visit to Yuma and I will never ever forget that. I'm so very sorry for your loss sending my prayers to your family.”
