It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruno P. Espino Jr. of Yuma, Arizona, born in Uvalde, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Bruno Espino Sr. and Maria Ignacia Polanco. He is survived by : his close friend Lupe Olvera; his children, Ray Olvera Espino (Angel), Roy Olvera Espino and Ruby Olvera Espino (Sergio Calivillo); his grandchildren, Ray, Alex, Victoria, Isabella Espino, Mercedez Olvera Espino, Sergio Bartolo Calvillo, Ozwaldo Espino Calvillo and Ricardo "Ricky" Calvillo; his wife Alicia Espino; and his siblings, Esperanza Espino, Florinda Laralde, Janie England and Maruca. He is also survived by father, friend, and beloved papa to his grandkids.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Healey Mortuary (405 N Sanborn Rd, Salinas, CA 93905). A rosary was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cristo Rey Church (240 Calle Cebu, Salinas, CA 93901). A committal service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:20 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (18200 Damian Way, Prunedale, CA 93907).
