He was predeceased by: his father Amador Canales. He is survived by: his mother Soledad Canales; and his siblings, Margarita (Maggie), Gerardo (Jerry), Alejandro (Elsa) and Manuel. He is also survived by one nephew, five nieces, two great nieces, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
