He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Fortune; his children, Brenda Lee Price (Lonnie), Jay Dale Fortune (Gloria) and Jon Charles Fortune (Yolanda); his sister Lavoda Harvick; and his grandchildren, April Marie Bird, Cody Dean Price and Jon Thomas Fortune.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sunset Vista Funeral Home (11357 E 40th St, Yuma, AZ 85367). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Vista Cemetery (11357 E 40th St, Yuma, AZ 85367).
