He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lewis Hawk and Julia Fern Stringham; his daughter Jean Marie Hawk; and his sister Loretta Dillon (Elizabeth Servatius Hawk). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Tib" Theresa Servatius; his sons, David Ray Hawk (Trudy) of Ontario, OR, Robert Jay Hawk (Caty) of Alvord, TX and Roger Alan Hawk (Julia) of Caldwell, ID; his sister Nancy Rice of Neosho, MO; and his daughter Ramona Hawk Erickson (Kelly) of Weiser, ID. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
