He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Lou Battinbau and David S. Batt Sr.; his son-in-law Jeff Brown; and his close friend Art Davis. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Denise Brown and Mauricio Beltran; his grandchildren, Anthony Brown, Brennan Brown (Raven Donnelly) and Cara Brown; and his close friends, Joseph Felix, John Weitzeil and Gary Ellis. He is also survived by numerous siblings, extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Vista Funeral Home (11357 E 40th St, Yuma, AZ 85367).
