“Gretchen and Devon, My sympathy goes out to you in this difficult time. I have known David for many years. Upon my first arrival upon the Yuma legal scene in the mid-80's, I found him to be a formidable opponent. As the years went on, his dedication to Rotary, highlighted by his service as our Rotary District's Governor, promoted and supported good deeds for the betterment of all people. We have lost an energetic advocate for justice and humanity. Mary White”
