She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Twist and Nina Twist; and her brothers, Bryant Twist, Irwin Twist and Donald Twist Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Peter Burns, Nicholas Burns (Irene Arvayo) and Tiffany Twist; her grandchildren, Dejah Sandoval (Russell Sandoval), Jorey Burns, Mallory Miller and Owen Twist; her great grandchild Rudy Sandoval; and her sisters, Pauline Koolick, Wanda, Shelda, Colleen, Holly and Rachel Twist. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
