He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leland Johnson and Marion Johnson; his sister Christine (Essig); his wife Twila (Dirks); his children, Micah, Hannah and Elizabeth; his children-in-law, John Whitson (Hannah) and Beth Lopez (Micah); and his grandchildren, Julia, Rachel, Caleb Whitson, Emily and Jacob Johnson.
