He was predeceased by: his parents, Ysidro and Maria; and his siblings, Guadalupe and Eugene Macazan. He is survived by: his son Eduardo Macazan, Jr.; and his siblings, Ernesto Macazan, Lucy Conde, Lydia Torres (Frank), Rita and Victoria Chavez. He is also survived by many Godchildren, nieces, nephews.
A wake was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Yuma Mortuary & Crematory (775 S 5th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364). A rosary was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (505 S Avenue B, Yuma, AZ 85364). A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at the Yuma Pioneer Cemetery (1451 S 1st Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364).
