She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Benedict Roeser and Elizabeth Catherine Hannah Roeser; her former husband Bud; and her brother Louis Benedict Roeser Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Mortimer Palmer III; her children, Dane (Danelle Palmer), Dot Jensen of Tremonton, Utah, Debby (Gary Bayles) and Deanne (Chuck Beshears); and her sister-in-law Marye Roeser of Coleville, California.. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4300 W 16th St, Yuma, AZ 85364). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Desert Lawn Memorial Park (1415 S 1st Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364).
