He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon Tellez and Virginia Tellez. He is survived by : his wife Mary; his children, Filemon Jr. (Tamra), Robert "Bob" (Teesha), Elizabeth Duran (Gilbert), Debra Gonzales (Julian) and Annette Orta (Ray); and his granddaughter Toni Peters (Tellez). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 grand- children and 5 great great grand-children along with numerous nieces and nephews.
