He is survived by: his wife Nancy Estes Cook of Yuma; his daughter Misty Baker of Phoenix; his grandsons, Dylan and Chad; his brother Freddy Cook of Jefferson City; his sisters-in-law, Debbie (Alan) and Sandy Cook (Melvin); and his pets, Pookie, Lily, Tom and Kiki. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
