It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edwin Oakley of Yuma, Arizona, who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Oakley and Lois Oakley; his wife Sherry Ellen Roach; his children, Dayrol (Tammi) and Kristine (Randy); and his grandchildren, Dustin, Trevor, Jessica, Heaven and Christopher.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to any A rated veteran charity.
