It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Ann Dale (Yuma, Arizona), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick O'Donnell and Zazell O'Donnell; and her husband Charlie. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Shirley) and Mark (Cindi); her stepsons, Chuck Caha (Chic) and Jerry Caha (Lucy); her grandchildren, Ryan Dale, Kelly Dale, Kristoffer Burch, Chris Bogner, Micaela Creighton and Tyler Croy; and her great grandchild Khloe Dale. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
