He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Keegan and Mary Keegan; and his sister Gertrude Winn. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his siblings, Eileen Sterling, William and Patrick; and his children, Katharine Richards, Peter Keegan (Laura), Patrick Keegan (Marie), Teresa Fox (Bill), Lorraine Rico (Rocky), Paul Keegan (Susan), Francis Keegan (Colleen) and Mary Keegan. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
