Michael Stephen Mitchell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Stephen Mitchell of Yuma, Arizona, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Hilton Mitchell and Opal Easter Mitchell; and his brother Jeffery Lynn Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Brooke Michalina and Cortney Twila; his wife Dianna Lee; his son Matt; and his brother Dwight Glendel Mitchell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Yuma Mortuary & Crematory (775 S 5th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM. A reception will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at 221 S Main St, Yuma, AZ 85364. A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Riverside National Cemetery.
