She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Walker (Dick) and Cecily Walker (Tish). She is survived by: her husband Dave Bachmann; her sister Pattey Burry (John); her daughters, Jackie Quincy (Rob) and Jana Clark (Michael); and her grandsons, Riley Quincy and Matthew Quincy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Penney's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
