She is survived by: her husband Jim Locke of Yuma, AZ; her children, John Locke of Rochester, MN, Jeff Locke (Tina) of Dodge Center, MN, Rani Locke of Byron, MN and David Locke of Rochester, MN; her siblings, David Michael (Debbie) of Soldotna, AK, Patricia Michael of Leavenworth, KS, Diana Page (Tim), Gina Michael of Washington, MO, Kimberly Stocker (Darryl) of Vancouver, WA and Kathy Michael of Juneau, AK; her grandchildren, Kylee Vilano (Cody), Jasmyn Thomas (David Desautel), Jenna Locke, Emma Locke (Gage Adams), Kaelen Locke, Averie Locke and Lotte Locke; and her great grandchildren, Amari Locke and Sequoia Desautel.

Penny was a generous person who enjoyed donating to several organizations.
