Perry Pensky Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Perry Pensky of Yuma, Arizona, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie Pensky and Louise Pensky. He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his daughter Natasha (Jay); his grandson James; his siblings, Janet (Eric Pettersen), David (Barbara) and Alan Wayne Johnson (Diane); his brother-in-law Matt Cohea (Christine); and his nieces and nephews, Nathan, Ramey, Reece, Matthew, Andrew, David, Ian, Rowan, Staisha, Nikki and Jordyn. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and large extended family.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Christ Lutheran Church Building Fund and/or Mayo Clinic's Pancreatic Cancer Early Detection Research Program in his honor.
