I enjoyed working with him as we patrolled the San Luis, Arizona, area near the Mexican border. He had a great sense of humor and was always willing to help others. After meeting his wife Lois, they agreed to watch our youngest son as time permitted. Lois and Dick have always had a special place in my heart and my prayers. Rest easy my friend..”
