He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Alice and Harry Winfield Outcalt. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Holyoak; his children, Rocky (Lillian) and Sue; and his brothers, Lorin and Lee. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
