He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Joseph Stroh and Elizabeth "Betty" Stroh (Heiser); his siblings, David "Dave" Stroh, Roxann Horacek, Donna Kostelecky and Janice Kelling; and his parents-in-law, Vernon J. Oster and Delores M. Oster (Larsen).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Annette Oster; his sons, DaWayne Stroh (Jessica) of Williston, ND and Matthew Stroh (Angie); his grandchild Jasleen of Elk Grove, CA; his son Adrian Stroh (Sabrina); his granddaughters, Ava and Evie of Cameron Park, CA; his siblings, William "Bill" Stroh (Delores), Jacob "Chuck" Stroh (Renae), Timothy "Tim" Stroh (Sandy), Tobias "Toby" Stroh (Peggy), Patrick "Pat" Stroh (Barb), Myron Stroh, Zonia Schuman (Mark) and Pamela "Pam" Steckler (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Dorletta "Dee" Stroh, Donald "Don" Kostelecky and Lyle Kelling. He is also survived by his family, nieces, nephews, and friends.
