He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Gularte Winslow and Umblino John Winslow; his daughters, Jessica Koehler of Keokuk, IA and Tina Fountain of Foley Al; and his sister Kathleen Gould. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Arroyo Grande Cemetery (895 El Camino Real, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420). A reception was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Marshall - Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel.
