He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Castaneda Belarmino and Ruth Helen Lydston; his sister Rebecca Frederick; and his grandson Andy Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Sarah, Lee Jr., Andy and Joshua; his siblings, Tony Belarmino, Elizabeth Shrum, Daniel Belarmino, Aurora Belarmino, Steven Belarmino, Joseph Belarmino, Kimberly Farrington and Roger Broadway; his grandchildren, Christopher, Nathaniel, Philip, Joshua Belarmino, Jr., Madeleine Cole, Alexandria Lubcyik and Belle Belarmino; and his great grandchildren, Brenna Lubcyik, Ada, Anders Belarmino and Virginia Cole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Real Life Church (550 Industrial Dr STE 100, Galt, CA 95632).
As his role grew, he also became Vice President for Technology for the Foundation of California Community Colleges and administrator of a multi-million dollar bond.
