He is survived by: his wife Trina Cahoon of Acampo, CA; his sons, William Cahoon, Jr. of Stockton, CA and Charles Ray Cogburn of Glenwood, AR; and his siblings, Daniel Cahoon of New Jersey, Dakota "Dee Dee" Riggs of Wayne County, WV, Fran Napier of Nebraska and Anita Napier of Manteca, CA.
