It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jane Anne Hageman in Alameda, California, born in Ogden, Utah, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril John and Margaret Mary; her stepmother Eva Marie; her siblings, Eva Lu Carufel and John George; and her sister-in-law Jane Marie.

She is survived by: her daughter Eva Hageman (Christina) of Washington, DC; and her nieces and nephews, Margaret Peniston (Michael), Sean Hageman, Tony Carufel, Caren Carufel, Mike Carufel and DeAnn Stimmler (Adrian). She is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jane's honor to the Outreach Committee of St. Philip Neri/ St. Albert the Great Church, the Alameda Food Bank, or a nonprofit or charity of your choice dedicated to providing equitable health care access.
