She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Haverty and Cecil Haverty; her husband Hal Blake; her sister Mary Estes; and her grandson Bryce Dutton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise (Lonnie Dillard Jr.) of Sunny Valley and Claire (Ryan Dutton) of Medford, Oregon; her grandchildren, Terces (Parker King), Lonnie (Haley Dillard III), Courtney (Justin Smith) and Emmaleah Dutton of Medford, Oregon; and her great grandchildren, Hudson, Niko and Lilliana King of Medford. She is also survived by family members and dear friends.
