He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Guy P. Curtis, Sr. and Joesphine Curtis (Harris). He is survived by: his wife Mildred Curtis (Pittman); his sons, Henry Curtis, Jr. of Altadena, CA and Duane Curtis (Dianka) of Fort Washington, MD; his granddaughter Dina Curtis of Fort Washington, MD; and his brother Dr. Guy Curtis, Jr. (Francis) of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
