She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick Langford and Ruth Carter Langford. She is survived by : her husband Albert C. Whittlesey; her daughter Karen Whittlesey (Aksel Quintus-Bosz); her grandchildren, Andrew and Lauren Van Auken; her sister Julie Busse (Walt); her nephew Michael Busse; her nieces, Meghan Busse and Kendra Steele; and her sister-in-law Barbara Whittlesey (Jeff Zauderer).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the ReNew United Methodist Church (699 Monterey Rd, South Pasadena, CA 91030).
