He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Baligad (Jones); his children, Kathryn Baligad, Donna Schier (Jim), Deborah Baligad, Joaquin "Jack" Baligad (Allyson) and Eugene "Gene" Baligad (Diana); his siblings, Sylvia Bosshard, Fred Baligad, Tom Baligad, Daniel Baligad and Carlos Baligad; and his grandchildren, Brian Lee (Denise), Wayne Elder (Sara), Jennifer Robson (Aaron), Kristen Stacy, Mark Baligad (Benny) and Amanda Baligad. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
