He is survived by: his spouse Jerry Osborne; and his sibling's children, Kathy Johnson, Cherie Bien-Coffman (Richard), Kerry Bien (Pat), Vaughn Jr. "Bud" Bien (Bernadette), Tim Bien (Denise) and John Bien (Andrea).
