He was predeceased by: his mother Michelle; and his brother Matt. He is survived by: his close friend Vic; his children, Matthew, Janelle, Shawna and Sharron; and his wife Marde. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
