She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Otsuka; and her son Donnie. She is survived by: her son Jimmy Otsuka (Diane); and her daughter-in-law Rosa Otsuka. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren; also survived by many relatives.
