He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Julie Venning of Casa Grande, AZ, Sherry Schulz of Prescott, AZ and Cynthia Gelette (Thomas Field, III) of Concord, NH; his grandchildren, Steven, Allison, Kassandra, Jeffery, Greggory, Megan, Timothy and Curtis; and his brother Robert. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Tom made lasting contributions to the grocery and retail industries through visionary leadership, strategic innovation, retail efficiency, and shaped policy and growth in the industry.
