He was predeceased by: his father Hung Van Pham; and his brother Thuylu Pham (Toto). He is survived by: his sister Cathy Pham Zotti (ThyThy); his wife Suzanne; his stepchildren, Drew, Michael and Sean; his mother Dao Thi Tran; his siblings, LyLy and Timmy; and his nieces and nephews, Nolan, Alex, Anthony, Mara, Emily and Ashley. He is also survived by the youngest of six siblings.
